All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you have received is faulty or damaged.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at ToySaleNJ@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with proof of the defect (e.g., photos). If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
