**Where We Ship**

We currently ship within the United States. We also offer local delivery for customers in select areas of New Jersey.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped or is out for delivery.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

- Local Delivery (select NJ areas only): 1–3 business days


Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during peak holiday seasons.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Local delivery fees, if any, will be shown at checkout.

Item Packaging & Box Condition

We do our best to ship items securely. Please note that some toys may show shelf wear on the outer box. If box condition is important to you, please reach out before purchasing.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at leahklar@gmail.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
